4. Longmire: Final Season Netflix Original Series

November 17th

Based on the Walt Longmire mystery novels by Craig Johnson, this insanely popular series was originally on A&E. After getting the ax after the third season, fans of the show went on an incredible campaign to have it returned to television. Netflix intervened and brought it back to life. In this final chapter, Walt has unfinished business and it going out on his own terms.

3. Alias Grace Limited Order Netflix Original Series

November 3rd

Margaret Atwood is having a pretty great year. First, her novel The Handmaid’s Tale is adapted to a series (an award-winning series at that) and now the adaptation of her award-winning book Alias Grace is debuting on Netflix. Based on actual events, the six-hour miniseries is the story of an Irish immigrant and servant who is accused and convicted of the murders of her employer and his housekeeper.

2. Godless Limited Order Netflix Original Series

November 22nd

Get ready to see Lady Mary Crawley in a whole new way. Netflix ventures into the Western territory with this Steven Soderbergh (Logan, The Wolverine) produced drama starring Michelle Dockery and Merritt Wever. Jack O’Connell is Roy Goode, a man on the run after betraying the gang of well-known criminal Frank Griffin (Jeff Daniels). So he hides out in La Belle, a mining town in New Mexico, thereby bringing the fight to Alice Fletcher (Dockery), a widower, and Tess Frazer (Wever). These are two ladies that can handle their own. Cue “Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down).”

1. The Punisher: Season 1 Netflix Original Series

November 17th

Based on the Marvel Comic’s character of the same name, Netflix kept us in the dark for quite a while with lots of teasers and no date for this one. Your wait is finally over. The Punisher was officially ordered to series in April 2016, after we got our first glimpse of Frank Castle in season two of Daredevil. The crossover will continue with this series. Jon Bernthal (The Walking Dead) stars as the soldier turned vigilante. I don’t think I really even need to tell you anything about this one. The trailer speaks for itself.
