Happy Friday! Over 40 new titles were added this week. We take a look at a few of the highlights.
There is plenty of binging to be had this weekend. Let’s start with the return of two hit series.
First up is The Punisher. Former marine Frank Castle has been living a quiet life until he suddenly becomes embroiled in the attempted murder of a young girl. As he is drawn into the mystery surrounding her and those in pursuit of her, Castle is forced to confront whether he should accept his destiny and embrace life as The Punisher.
Next up is the new season of Grace and Frankie. Your favorite seniors are back and spunky as heck. This season sees them dealing with new trials involving their children and the house. Ru Paul joins the cast and is as wonderful as ever.
If you like science fiction, be sure to check out new Netflix Original IO. As a young scientist searches for a way to save a dying Earth, she finds a connection with a man who’s racing to catch the last shuttle off the planet.
An older movie that is very worthy of a watch this weekend is The Iceman. Michael Shannon stars as a hitman who manages to keep his double life a secret for years. Everyone, including his family, only sees the devoted husband and father when in reality he’s a cold-blooded killer.
